donner = to give
conjugation: je donne ("donn"), tu donnes ("donn"), il/elle/on donne ("donn")
nous donnons ("doh-nõ"), vous donnez ("doh-neh"), ils/elles donnent ("donn")
l'eau (f.) the water< une femme (pronounced "famm") a woman
une dame ("damm") a lady
le jardin the garden
dans (the final "s" is silent!) in/inside
l'été ("leh-teh") summertime

Using this vocabulary and what we saw in previous lessons (on clothes, physical description: eyes/hair, colors, and the April lesson with some spring/garden vocabulary) we are going to play a "vrai ou faux" (true or false) game about the illustration above.

Exercise: answer "vrai" or "faux"
